Do you sell directly to the public?

Yes, we supply to end clients, by doing so we can ensure you get the best service and price. By cutting out the middleman and passing the savings on to you.



What must I have on site when you arrive to do the templating?

Before the survey you need to ensure all cabinets are level, have sufficient braces and are secure firmly to the wall. Make sure you know the final location of the sinks, hobs, taps and any other fittings required and have these available on site. Please ensure after the survey cabinets are not moved as the measurements takes during the survey are crucial for a perfect worktop installation. Any changes after the survey will cause significant delays and incur extra charges.



Can we plaster the walls after you have templated?

No, this needs to be done before the templating. Tiling should be done after the worktops are installed.



How long from the templating will it take to fit my worktops?

We normally delivery and fit worktops within 5-10 working days from the survey. (7 day from sale to fit on certain occasions, call for details)



How accurate is an online quote?

The price calculated using the online guide price, which will only change if and when we come out to template, the measurements and your requirements change from the original quote online.



What payment methods will you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer and cash.



Are your worktops manufactured in the UK?

All our worktops are cut and manufactured in the UK in our own dedicated and bespoke manufacturing facility. This ensures that we maintain our high quality standards and exceptional level of customer service. Also enabling us to complete the installation of the granite worktops within 4-10 days from templating.



What is a template?

A template is an exact replica of the worktops. Taking all measurements of the kitchen units and cut outs for hobs and sinks, all the shaping and overhang required. This is then used to manufacture the granite worktops ensuring precise and accurate cutting of the granite for a perfect worktop surface installation.



I am just replacing my existing worktops do i need to remove them before the template?

We would recommend for a more accurate finish that you have your existing worktops removed before we come to template.

When we return to install the new granite worktops the existing worktops need to be removed also sinks, taps and any hobs should all be disconnected before we arrive to fit.



Do I need to be there when you template and install?

Yes, you need to be on-site to confirm cut out position, overhang and joint positions, also the answer any questions we might have. The same goes for fitting, so you can confirm that you are happy with the finished product.



How can I get a quote?

Simply type your measurements with the preferred granite or quartz colour using our online quotation. Or if you prefer you can email your kitchen plan with your contact details and we will be happy to give you a quote.



How do I place an order?

Once you are happy with your quote submit your details on the online quote page or email your order. A member of staff will be in contact with you to confirm the order and arrange a survey.



When can I see the actual granite samples?

Our survey teams carry a full range of samples with them which can be viewed when they come to template. Alternatively, if you would like to view the sample prior to ordering please contact us, we can post out the samples.
